1.2 What is Electronic Signature Capture and why should I care?
Electronic signature capture is a technology for signing electronic document files with a handwritten signature. The use of this technology allows for the complete elimination of the mailing, storage, filing, copying, and retrieval of paper documents. This will save your business time and money. In companies and organizations which process a lot of signed paper contracts and forms, digital signature capture will save literally millions of dollars per year in overhead costs. The savings in an Insurance company with 1000 field agents can be on the order of $25 million dollars per year compared with the cost of using paper documents. 2.1 How can I scroll and view PDF document?
You can click the hand icon to perform scroll and pan accordingly.

2.2 What device is used for fingerprint?
Currently, Fluid PDF supports the use of finger print via Topaz integrated fingerprint optical model IDLite LCD 1x5 TF-LBK463-HSB or IDLite 1x5 TF-S463-HSB or IDGem LCD 1x5 TF-LBK464-HSB. We are planning to support more fingerprint device in the future.

2.3 What is the sequence of installation if I want to use Topaz Signature and Fingerprint?
First install Fluid PDF. Then you can install the Topaz SigPlus. If you want to support fingerprint. Install the

2.4 Does Fluid PDF supports 64bit?
Yes. Fluid PDF is compiled to x86 which can run in both 32bit and 64bit window environments.

License FAQ

3.1 How is Fluid PDF licensed?
Fluid PDF is licensed based on installation desktops. This includes virtual machines operating system.

3.2 What is Fluid PDF annual software maintenance?
Fluid PDF first purchase comes with ONE year of software maintenance. The maintenance includes technical support on Fluid PDF via email, phone and fax from Asprit. It also includes free upgrades of version during valid maintenance year. The maintenance is annual renewable.

3.3 What happens if my maintenance has already expired and I want the new version?
You have to purchase an upgrade which comes with one year software maintenance from the purchase date of upgrade.

3.4 What if I want to purchase bulk license?
