■ Easy monitoring of fax transmissions
Administrators and normal users can monitor the fax transmission logs from a web browser. This greatly increases the ease of monitoring fax transmissions.  

■ Advanced filtering
Users can perform filtering on the fax transmission logs based on a number of parameters such as date, sender, recipient fax number etc. This increases the efficiency of users when they need to search for certain fax transmissions.

■ Send out faxes via the web browser
Users can send out faxes from a web browser. With this functionality, no software client needs to be installed.

■ Access control
Administrators can grant access to normal users just by adding them into the licensed users list. The normal users can then view the personal faxes that they’ve sent and received.

■ Integration to Active Directory
Fluid Monitor integrates seamlessly to Active Directory. Users can login to the system using their Active Directory credentials.

■ Fax Contacts
Administrators can import fax contacts into the database. The fax contacts are organized into contact distribution lists. Users can then select the respective fax contacts to send faxes to.

■ Direct access to GFI FAXmaker database
Fluid Monitor directly accesses the GFI FAXmaker database. This provides no discrepancies in the fax transmission logs between GFI FAXmaker and
Fluid Monitor.
