Fluid Monitor

Fluid Monitor is a web monitoring suite for Fax and SMS. It provides additional functionalities to GFI FAXmaker and Fluid SMS. Fluid Monitor is web based and can be easily accessible by users using a web browser. Users can monitor fax and SMS transmissions and view transmission summary reports. The internal database of contacts allows users to send fax or SMS to selected contacts or to members of contact groups.

■ Monitor of fax / SMS transmissions
Users can monitor the transmission logs from a web browser. The advanced filtering features greatly enhance the ease of search. Users can perform filtering based on a number of parameters such as date, sender, recipient etc.  

■ Send out fax / SMS via a web browser
Users can send out fax / SMS from a web browser. With this functionality, no software client needs to be installed.

■ Integration to Active Directory
Fluid Monitor integrates seamlessly to Active Directory. Users can login to the system using their Active Directory credentials, thereby removing the need to keep a separate database of users.

■ Access Control
Administrators can grant access to normal users just by adding them into the licensed users list. The normal users can then view the SMS that they’ve sent and received.

■ Global contacts
Administrators can import contacts into the Fluid Monitor database. The contacts are organized into contact groups. Users can then select the respective contacts to send fax / SMS to.

■ Automatic folder scanning
Fluid Monitor can be configured to poll for files from a folder. The information contained in the name of each file can then be used to send out fax / SMS. This provides an easy way of integration to existing internal IT systems.
