Fluid Message Server is a comprehensive tool for your outgoing email needs. It allows comprehensive processing of outgoing email based on each individual preference. There is absolutely no need for client installation. You do not need Exchange or any other mail server to work because it is a standalone tool which the server and client component simply integrates easily via SMTP/POP3 protocol. Complex manipulation of the outgoing email can be achieved simply via the click of the GUI. This server can also function as rerouting of email within your environment.

■ Auto Format of Outgoing Email
Fluid Message Server is a tool to auto format your outgoing email. It allows pre/post concatenate message body and subject with predefined strings. It also allows predefined words to be replaced in body and subject

■ Auto Manipulation of Outgoing Recipients
Fluid Message Server allows users to continue sending email as per normal. There is absolutely no client installation. As such administrator does not need to worry about client installation issues. For normal user, it is almost zero learning curve where they are operating as before

■ SMTP Receive and POP3 Account Download
Fluid Message Server has two main interfaces to receive incoming emails. Emails can be sent directly via a SMTP port or they can be sent to a POP3 Account where the server will poll for these messages at a specify intervals.

■ Same Sending Interface for Normal Users
Fluid Message Server allows users to continue sending email as per normal. There is absolutely no client installation. As such administrator does not need to worry about client installation issues. For normal user, it is almost zero learning curve where they are operating as before.

■ Advanced Log Filtering
Users can perform filtering on the email transmission logs based on a number of parameters such as date, sender, recipient and many more. This increases the efficiency of users when they need to search for a particular email transmissions.

■ Individual Transmission Profiles
Administrators can grant access to normal users just by adding them into the licensed users list. Each system user can have their own pre-defined transmission profile. It allows full customization of the email based on individual users.

■ Single Recipient Mode
User can send email to a group of recipients where the Fluid Message Server can convert the email show only one recipient per email. This is especially useful in marketing emails campaign where you do not want to disclose all your recipients.

■ Retrying Mechanism
Fluid Message Server will do retry for message sending if failure is encountered. There is option to specify the number of retries as well as interval between them.

■ Better control on transmission failure contingency
Fluid Message Server has option to route failure transmission to another gateway. This is useful in the case during Mail Server down time where it can reroute message to another operational server. Users can also receive failure notification report.
