Fluid Fax is a network fax server that allows users to send and receive faxes from their desktops. It eliminates the time spent in performing manual faxing. Users can send faxes using their email client programs or using the web browser. Users can receive faxes in their mailboxes.

■ Easy administration
Fluid Fax is easy to install with minimal administrations.  

■ Integration to existing email system
Users can send out faxes using their email clients. Received faxes will be sent as emails to users.

■ Web based usage
The system is web-based and can be accessed by users and administrators using a web browser without any installation of any client program. Users can also send out faxes using a web browser.

■ Monitor of fax transmissions
Administrators can monitor the transmission logs from a web browser. The advanced filtering features greatly enhance the ease of search. Administrators can perform filtering based on a number of parameters such as date, sender, recipients etc.

■ Built-in SMTP server
Fluid Fax does not require Windows IIS SMTP component. It has its own built-in SMTP server to receive email messages for sending out faxes.

■ Auto-save / print faxes
Fluid Fax can be configured to auto-save sent and received faxes into specific folders and auto-print sent and received faxes to specific printers.

■ Global contacts / contact groups
Fluid Fax allows the creation of global contacts. The contacts can be further organized into contact groups. Users can then select the respective contacts or contact groups to send faxes.

■ Automatic folder scanning
Fluid Fax can be configured to poll for files from a folder. The information contained in the name of each file can then be used to send out faxes. This provides an easy way of integration to existing internal IT systems.
